We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer 30 days from the date your order shipped to return your purchase made on our site. We do not accept returns on Gift Cards. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong thing.

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us- we do not provide prepaid return labels. If your order was shipped to you with free shipping, $8 will be deducted from your refund to cover that original shipping cost. 

All refunds will be credited back to the original order’s payment method. To initiate a return request, contact us with your order number and date of purchase.

 

We aim to process all orders within 1 business day.

All U.S. orders ship free via USPS Ground. For Canada orders, you may choose between FedEx International Ground or USPS Priority Mail International at checkout. Currently we are only shipping to U.S. and Canada.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier fees charged by their country upon delivery.
